Person/Suspect Info
With the recent rise in COVID-19 cases in Manatee County, as an added precaution to protect our employees and citizens from unnecessary exposure to the virus, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office will be once again temporarily closing its Records & Civil Sections lobby to the public until further notice. Citizens will have alternative options to process their requests, as outlined below. Fingerprinting services will also be suspended until further notice.

Civil Process:

Effective Tuesday, June 30th until further notice, civil process enforceables that are typically submitted in person inside the MCSO Civil Section lobby, can be given to deputies in our Telephone Reporting Unit inside the Main Entrance at the MCSO Operations Center at 600 301 Blvd. W., Suite 202, Bradenton, FL 34205. That paperwork will be given to our civil section for processing immediately. Non-enforceables paperwork can also be mailed to:

Records Requests:

Effective Tuesday, June 30th, our Records Section lobby will also be closed to the public, but records requests can still be submitted through our public records portal at http://www.manateesheriff.com by clicking on the “Request Records” tab at the top of the homepage, and following the steps to create an account and submit a request. Requests can also be made by telephone at (941) 747-3011.
