Paws for the Law is a new program coordinated by the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office that gives recognition to pets for their devotion to protection and security for their owners. Send a photo of your pet, including the name, age, breed, sex, weight and a short letter describing how they have proved to be a loyal companion. Featured pets will receive a medal and a certificate from the Sheriff for their sense of duty.
